It is important that you review the requirements before scheduling your appointment. At Prana Massage and Bodywork, we respect boundaries and we hope you do too!
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself enough time to find our office, combat Houston traffic, and to use the restroom. Your appointment starts the moment you enter our office (not the building) so please allow yourself enough time.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to combat Houston traffic and to use the restroom.
Sessions begins and end at the scheduled appointment times. If a session begins late due to a client arriving within 15 minutes after the appointment started, the appointment will still end at the scheduled appointment time. This applies to clients who arrive late and still need to fill out their intake forms. The client is responsible for 100% of scheduled appointment fee.
Arriving after 15 minutes: The appointment will be considered a no show and the client is responsible for 100% of scheduled appointment fee without rendered services.
No Call No Show/Rescheduling/Cancellation:
No call/No Show: Scheduling your appointment, and then not showing up or reaching out is considered a no show. Reaching out after the fact is still considered a no show. The client is responsible for 100% of the scheduled appointment fee.
If cancellation and or rescheduling is necessary, we ask for a minimum of 24 hour notice either by text, email, or voicemail. This will result in in 50% fee of appointment. Clients who cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before scheduled appointment will be free of charge.
**If cancelled after 24 hour window before appointment, 100% of appointment is charged.**
We ask that you leave your undergarments on, or sports compression shorts etc.
**Any and all sexual interaction, or discussion will immediately end your appointment with the client owing the full amount of the appointment's fee. Proper authorities will be notified.**
We require a card on file for all appointments
We accept Cash, Card, Check, and HSA/FSA
Gratuity is never expected, but if you think we provided excellent and wholesome care, 15-20% of your appointment is a good measure.
Due to the nature of services, we do not offer refunds.
